1. Platform-Only Marketplace

CareAgora is a technology platform only.

We do not:

  • Employ caregivers
  • Provide medical or non-medical care
  • Supervise, control, or manage users
  • Guarantee service quality, availability, or outcomes

All agreements are strictly between users.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CareAgora.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate information
  • Conduct your own due diligence
  • Communicate respectfully
  • Comply with all applicable laws

CareAgora is not responsible for:

  • User conduct
  • Disputes
  • Injuries, damages, or losses

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Some features require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to recurring billing unless canceled.

5. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts for:

  • Policy violations
  • Fraud or misuse
  • Harmful or abusive behavior

Termination does not entitle you to a refund.

6. Disclaimers

CareAgora is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, CareAgora is not liable for:

  • Personal injury
  • Property damage
  • Lost income
  • Emotional distress

8. Artificial Intelligence & Automated Systems

CareAgora uses AI-powered tools to assist with caregiver matching, profile review, fraud detection, and job recommendations. By using the platform, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

You agree to:

  • AI-generated matches, scores, and suggestions are for informational purposes only and do not constitute employment decisions, endorsements, or guarantees
  • CareAgora does not make fully automated employment-related decisions — human review is part of any profile approval or rejection process
  • You have the right to request human review of any automated decision affecting your account by contacting Support@CareAgora.com
  • AI tools may analyze profile content, availability, skills, location, and platform behavior to generate recommendations
  • CareAgora is not liable for any outcome resulting from reliance on AI-generated suggestions

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania.

Subscription Policy

Effective Date: February 2026

1. Subscription Access

Subscriptions grant access to premium platform features.

2. Billing

  • Subscriptions are billed in advance
  • Billing cycles may be monthly or annually
  • Payments are processed via third-party providers

3. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

4. No Refunds / No Proration (Very Important)

ALL PAYMENTS ARE FINAL.

We do not offer:

  • Refunds
  • Partial refunds
  • Prorated returns
  • Credits for unused time

This applies to:

  • Early cancellation
  • Account termination
  • Dissatisfaction with results
  • Inactivity

🚫 All payments are final. No refunds, credits, or exceptions.

5. Price Changes

We may modify subscription pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
