How CareAgora Works

CareAgora operates as a technology platform and online marketplace that enables users to connect with one another for independent care opportunities. CareAgora's role is limited to providing the digital tools that facilitate these connections.

Create an Account

Users may create an account to access the platform. Families and care seekers can post care needs, and caregivers or care providers can create profiles describing their services, experience, and availability. All information provided on the platform is submitted by users and is not verified by CareAgora.

Browse Listings and Profiles

Care seekers may browse caregiver profiles, and caregivers may browse available care opportunities. Search results, profile displays, and communications are generated based on user-provided information. CareAgora does not rank, recommend, or endorse any user or listing.

Communicate Directly

Users may communicate directly with one another through the platform's messaging tools. CareAgora does not participate in, monitor, or control user communications, except as required to maintain platform functionality or comply with applicable law.

Perform Independent Due Diligence

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before entering into any care arrangement. This includes, but is not limited to, interviews, reference checks, background checks, credential verification, and ensuring compliance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.

Form Independent Care Arrangements

Any care arrangement, agreement, schedule, compensation, or contractual relationship is formed directly between users, without CareAgora's involvement. CareAgora is not a party to any agreement and does not manage, supervise, or guarantee services.

Platform-Only Role

CareAgora does not: provide care services; employ or classify caregivers; set rates, schedules, or terms; supervise, direct, or control care delivery; or guarantee outcomes, quality, or safety.

The platform is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis, and users assume all risks associated with interacting with others and engaging in care arrangements facilitated through CareAgora.
